The number of shares and votes in FinnvedenBulten AB (publ) has changed due to an issue by way of set off of 7,197,430 shares which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on May 20, 2011, and an issue in kind of 1,842,777 shares which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on May 25, 2011, an increase of in total 9,040,207 shares, in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

As of today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in FinnvedenBulten AB (publ) amounts to 21,040,207.
