Sustainability at Bulten
Bulten wants to contribute to a sustainable society. We do that by ensuring that Bulten develops in a sustainable way. We are taking responsibility for our own impact on the environment, the society and by high business ethical standards, both in the short and long term. Being able to meet, match and most preferably exceed stakeholder expectations creates a strong, prosperous and profitable business. A sustainable business model gives a sustainable result over time, both financially and in the form of healthy, committed employees, satisfied customers and healthy business relationships.
Our road-map takes its stance in the Global Compact - the UN voluntary initiative, which is based on ten principles of sustainability in human rights, labor law, the environment and anti-corruption. Another guiding principle is the Global Sustainable Development Goals or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a UN initiative with 17 goals aimed at moving the world in a sustainable direction. These two frameworks, together with our stakeholder dialogues, enable us to integrate the sustainability aspects directly into our core business.
Bulten has developed into a leader in its industry. Our ambition is to manage our operations in a sustainable way for the long term. We aim to be a reliable, stable partner to our customers and suppliers, to contribute value for society and our owners, and to be an attractive employer.
Sustainability is an area that is developing fast, and we continue to work hard to contribute to better solutions for customers and coming generations, and we have integrated sustainability into our vision, strategy and business plan.
