Bulten is starting a restructuring program in its German unit with the aim of streamlining the unit and to adapt to current market conditions. The company is therefore planning to reduce its workforce in Bergkamen, Germany by approximately 50 people.
Bulten is starting a restructuring program in its German unit with the aim of streamlining the unit and to adapt to current market conditions. The company is therefore planning to reduce its workforce in Bergkamen, Germany by approximately 50 people.
The planned reduction refers to both white-collar and blue-collar employees, as well as temporary staff, in total approximately 50 people.
Negotiations with relevant trade unions will begin immediately.
The expected effect on earnings will be disclosed during quarter three.
