Weld screws/bolts

Weld fasteners: Securely attached to last
Weld fasteners are fasteners that are designed to be welded to one of the components joined by the fastener. As such, the weld fastener becomes an integral part of the component to which it is welded.
Weld fasteners can be both in the form of a stud/screw or a nut. Bulten can offer a wide range of weld fasteners, from standard screws to nuts and pins, with different weld point designs.
Different designs and patterns
Weld fasteners are designed to be welded to a metal surface to provide a strong, permanent attachment point for bolts or screws. Several patterns are available based on material and shape:
- Round projections: Small, circular raised projections; ideal for thin sheet metal and soft materials.
- Spherical projections: Raised, semi-spherical projections for high-strength applications that require precision.
- Flat projections: Small, flat areas instead of raised points; suitable for applications requiring minimal surface deformation.
- Circular Ridge: A continuous circular ridge that helps create airtight or watertight joints.
- Three/four point projections: Three or four raised projections in an equal or square pattern, designed for high-strength connections and heavy-duty materials.
