Cam bolts

A cam bolt is a fastener designed to help an object remain in position, typically used in the suspension system of cars to adjust the camber angle of the wheels.

Banjo bolts

A banjo bolt is a bolt designed to be used as a connection in a fluid systems. The bolt is typically hollow with a transverse hole in the shank 

Wheel bolts

Wheel bolts are the bolts used to attach the wheel of a car or a truck to the vehicle. These bolts are desinged to allow multiple assemblies and assure a very secure connection.

Press screws

Press screws, also known as self-clinching screws, are fasteners designed to be permanently pressed into metal or other materials.

They provide a strong, vibration-resistant connection and are commonly used in sheet metal fabrication, enclosures, and industrial applications.

When you move into larger dimensions like M10, some additional factors come into play, such as material thickness, installation forces, and load-bearing capacity.

High temperature application bolts

High temperature bolts are bolts made from temperature resistant materials such as highly alloyed stainless steels and nickel based alloys. The fastener geometry is commonly that of a standard fastener, but the special material allows the bolt to endure the harsh environment of a high temperature application. 

Overmolded parts

Overmolded parts are metal fasteners with a polymer detail that is molded onto the fastener itself

Assemblies

Assemblies are commonly fasteners with additional products assembled together into a system, similar to a sems screw. Our assemblies are commonly tailor made and unique and can consist of e.g metal and polymere components assembled onto the fastner.

Plugs M16 - M60

Screw plugs are used to close threaded openings and create leak tightness. They are typically equipped with o-rings. Bulten offer screw plugs in sizes M16-M30

Set screws

Set screws are typically used to control position of one product inside another component by pressure through their tip.

Complex cold forged parts

Our complex cold forged parts are products of various shapes and geometries, pushing the boundaries for what can be produced by the process of cold forging, often complemented with tailored machining. Examples can be products with large head to shank ratio, hollow products and non symmetrical products.
