Meet Han Junfeng 

Can you tell us a bit about yourself? 

I’m originally from Heze, a city with a long history in Shandong, China, famous as the "Land of Peony." I’m married, with two lovely daughters, whom I am very proud of! Most of my free time is spent with my family, but I also enjoy playing badminton and watching international football matches.

How long have you been working at Bulten, and what brought you here?

I’ve been with Bulten for almost five years now. I think what drew me to Bulten, and what keeps me here, is that it’s a fair company where you can find your own space and achieve a sense of accomplishment through hard work. The positive atmosphere, warm colleagues, and supportive leaders made it easy for me to integrate and feel like a part of the Bulten family right from the start.

How would you describe your role at Bulten?

My role is all about managing the input and dispatch of raw materials and molds, which directly supports the smooth and accurate production processes at Bulten. It’s a job that requires a good memory, responsibility, and a love for the work, which I think are my strengths.

How would you describe the company culture at Bulten?  

Bulten has a really strong team culture. We encourage mutual support, collaboration, and win-win cooperation, which makes it feel like we’re all working together towards a common goal. The company in Tianjin also organizes fun activities like games, chess competitions, and even a flower arrangement competition once a year, which really helps to build team cohesion and a friendly atmosphere.

What’s the best thing about working at Bulten? 

The best thing for me is the sense of accomplishment you get from your work. Bulten gives you the space to do your job well and recognizes your hard work. Plus, the positive working atmosphere here, with friendly colleagues and approachable leaders, really makes it a great place to grow and develop. I feel like I’m always learning and improving, which is very fulfilling.
