Meet Aleksandra Žugić

Can you tell us a bit about yourself? 

Sure! I’m Aleksandra Žugić, originally from Serbia. I moved to Sweden a few years ago for work and initially thought it would be a short experience, but I liked how I felt here and ended up staying. 

What are the key responsibilities of your role?

My role as Management System Leader involves overseeing the entire framework of the company’s processes, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with international standards like ISO and IATF. I also work on implementing digital solutions that allow us to track and have statistics. My job is about ensuring Bulten operates efficiently, meets the certification requirements. That we do what we say.

What does a typical work day look like? 

It’s pretty varied! It involves preparing reports on internal audits, tracking compliance, and meeting with various teams to discuss ongoing projects. A lot of it is collecting issues from colleagues and trying to figure out solutions. It’s a blend of planning, problem-solving, and collaborating with colleagues across time zones. 

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

I enjoy the flexibility and creativity my role offers. It’s not just about following strict procedures; I get to propose new ways of working and develop processes that fit our company’s needs. 

How would you describe the company culture at Bulten?  

Bulten has a welcoming and supportive culture. It’s a smaller company, which allows for less bureaucracy compared to larger corporations. The environment is dynamic with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
