The union organisation Unionen has awarded Bulten Hallstahammar the Tröstnappen prize (literally ‘the baby’s dummy’), with the following motivation:

In both words and actions, Bulten has shown it is a parent-friendly workplace. In a positive spirit they apply the parental leave laws to fulfil the wishes of the individual and the needs of the company. The company encourages both men and women to take parental leave, and adopts a creative approach that makes life easier for all employees.
